Bawful After Dark: January 10, 2011

76ers Pistons Basketball
Yeah, it was a long weekend

Really small slate of games tonight. Which sucks for me because I'm seemingly one of the eight people in the universe who just doesn't care about college football and isn't going to be watching the Oregon/Auburn game. Might have to fire up an old episode of Mystery Science Theater 3000 or something. Any suggestions?

Here's something else solid to help kill some time: a skit from way back in 2002 featuring Samuel L. Jackson. The description on Youtube says "This is for anybody who likes hockey and Pulp Fiction." I say bullshit -- this is for anybody who likes comedy period.

"Do I look like a bitch??"

Worst of the Weekend in Pictures:

Knicks Lakers Basketball
Mike D'Antoni does not appreciate pantomimed chokings of his players

Knicks Lakers Basketball
All right, I know the Lakers are dark and evil and all that, but I didn't realize they were capable of blocking out the sun

Raptors Celtics Basketball
This begs the question: Who's Jar-Jar Binks? Harangody?

Cheerleader on the left: "Dammit, why did they have to sit him right by us??"

APTOPIX Timberwolves Spurs Basketball
Ball?

Bucks Nets Basketball
(Swoon)

Nets Wizards Basketball
SERIOUS AVERY JOHNSON IS SERIOUS

Nationally Televised Games:
Rockets at Celtics, NBA TV, 7:30pm: Boston has lost 7 of its last 9 home games against the Rockets. Also, they're about to play 7 games in 13 days. Thank God Kevin Garnett is coming back soon.

All The Other Games:
Grizzlies at Bobcraps, 7pm: Well, since the coaching change, the Bobcraps are averaging almost 8 or 9 points per game higher than with Coach Brown. Well, that's swell. Now they're mediocre enough to be completely irrelevant but not hilariously bad. Yay?

Pistons at Bulls, 8pm: ...Seriously? Wow. It's a good thing we have the Carmelo trade rumors to talk about instead of suffering through watching this game. Oh, wait...
